Evening Life Drawing

We had Life drawing on Monday night, I struggle with life drawing a lot, I always have trouble with proportions. I have found that different tutors have different ways of teaching, suggesting there is no right or wrong way to draw, there is only their preferred method. I struggle to create accurate drawings, but I find them more interesting than realistic drawings. The tutor we had tonight seemed to be wanting more accurate imagery, whereas past tutors have been more interested in mark making and experimentation. Both stress the importance of observation. Although I am observing I can't quite translate it onto the page quite right and I find it quite frustrating. However, looking back on these images now, I am quite proud of them and think they are quite interesting.
